自分の行動範囲で、出会う人たちも変わる。
人見知りが強く、引っ込み思案なわたしといっても、誰も信じないだろう。でも、そうなの。
いや、それより興味と好奇心の方が数倍強いだけ。
経営者や花関係の方ばかりだった数年前。トルコ料理のときはおかしいようにトルコの方ばかり。そしてセラピー関係の方々。そしてまた展開して、意欲モリモリの若い方々との出会いもある。
人は人と交わることで教育される、幸いなことに今だに新たな教育を与えられ、課題を与えられる。
というか、やっぱり興味深々な知りたいことばかりなんだな、この世は。

The people we meet change with the circles in which we move.
No one would believe me if I said I’m shy, reserved, hesitant to approach others. But it’s true. It’s just that my curiosity is several times stronger than my shyness.
A few years ago, my world was filled with business owners and people in the flower trade. Then came the time of Turkish cuisine—suddenly, everyone around me seemed to be from Turkey. Later, it was therapists, healers. And now, the circle expands again: encounters with young people brimming with ambition and drive.
We are educated through one another. Fortunately, I am still being given new lessons, new challenges.
Or perhaps it is simply this: the world keeps offering me what I long to know.
