費やした時間と熱意 Time and Passion Invested

過去をハラリと脱ぎ捨てて、後ろも見ずに歩いていこう
な～んて、カッコイイこと出来ない。費やした時間と熱意に未練がある。
でも、過ぎてしまった時間は戻らない、新しい未来に食いつくような魅力が見つからないと食指が動かない。
こころのアンテナを張り巡らして自問自答しよう。
そして、天からきっと降りてくるチャンスをキャッチできるように待とう

To cast off the past with a flourish and walk on without looking back— ah, how splendid that would be. But no, I cannot. I still feel the weight of the time and passion I poured into it.
And yet, time once spent cannot return. Unless I find something in the future that grips me so fiercely I cannot resist, my hands will not reach out.
So I spread the antennae of my heart, questioning and answering myself.
And I will wait—for the chance that surely will descend from the heavens, ready to be caught.
